Tropical Harvestis one of the top importers of frozen seafood in the United States. We are seeking amotivated, results-driven Bilingual Sales Associateto join our team. This role involves managing current client relationships while developing new business opportunities in the B2B seafood sector. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow an existing customer base while identifying and closing new sales opportunities. • Lead and collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed company sales goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on contract negotiation and long-term partnerships. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies. • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention. • Represent Tropical Harvest professionally at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
