Key Responsibilities
β’ 15 years of experience Plan execute and monitor endtoend migrations from Azure DevOps to GitHub using GitHub Enterprise Importer GEI or equivalent tools
β’ Validate migration logs postmigration to ensure completeness and accuracy of repositories issues pull requests and metadata
β’ Identify and reclaim mannequins to ensure proper user attribution
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve migration errors and warnings
β’ Collaborate with development teams to verify repository integrity and CICD workflows postmigration
β’ Maintain documentation of migration activities including logs validation checklists and remediation steps
β’ Coordinate with GitHub support and internal stakeholders for escalations and advanced troubleshooting
Required Skills
MustHave
β’ Strong experience with Git version control branching strategies access permission and repository management
β’ At least 12 years of experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise Cloud
β’ Good understanding of ADO and GitHub access and permission mechanisms
β’ Handson experience with GitHub CLI and extension
β’ Ability to interpret and validate migration logs and metadata
β’ Experience with both ADO and GitHub Action pipelines
β’ Strong scripting knowledge eg PowerShell Bash or Python for automation and validation
β’ Good understanding of APIs and experience integrating them into scripts

β’ Exposure to largescale source code repository migrations

Benefits
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
