Billing Accountant

 Courser (the “Company”) is seeking a Billing Accountant to join our organization as we scale for current and future growth. Courser provides IT services to clients throughout the United States and is a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners.

What you will do:

• Generating and distributing accurate, timely invoices to clients.
• Managing accounts receivable, including monitoring customer accounts, and resolving any billing-related issues.
• Following up on overdue payments and managing collection efforts.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
• Work with various departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Continuous review of profit margins and provide updates to the Controller and CAO
• Monthly Revenue Flux Analysis
• Integration tasks as assigned to assist with acquisition activities.
• Continuing to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Billing Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, billing principles, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing records and documentation.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• ConnectWise experience preferred.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience preferred.
