Billing Manager

We are looking for a Billing Manager who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

The billing manager is a key role in achieving growth objectives by communicating with other areas to solve any re-billing, dispute, special process or billing change, that may affect customer relation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform any special processes required by customer, monthly invoice and quality process
• People Leadership: Hires, develops, and directs team members to maximize individual and team performance
• Continue Improvement in billing tool or new process implementation
• Support the resolution of billing questions and issues to maintain the accounts receivables in accordance with the company policies

Education and Experience

• Engineering or Bachelor´s Degree: Administrative or Financial branch, or related.
• Experience of at least 5 years on accounts receivables, customer care, billing, or accounts payables.
• Team management of +5 members: required.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

• Organization, prioritization, and follow-up.
• Great communication, decision making and negotiation skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Basic SAT Regulations knowledge.
• Data analytics.
• Advanced MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
• Desirable SAP Hanna or BRIM knowledge
