Your impact

Manage case review and volume to ensure delivery of SLA.
Review and prepare audit reporting of orders.
Prepare aging summary and reconciliation.
Oversee collections process and continue to drive efficiency on cash collection.
Be a trusted source of knowledge that other team members and business partners can rely on.
Foster a team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and individual growth, where team members feel valued and supported.
Own the scoping and planning projects, solving project-specific problems while looking to streamline and automate at scale.
Apply functional knowledge, guidance, and experience to projects, including feedback from senior team members.
Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of various factors to support compliance and audit requirements.

Qualifications

2+ years of SaaS customer representative experience.
Ability to develop trust and strong working relationships.
Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Proven record of success dealing with customers and DSO.
Solid understanding of technical applications such as MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Salesforce.com, and Zoom.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $50,000 - $65,000.

The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
