Bindery Operator - 1st shift

The Bindery Operator is responsible for the setup, adjustment and safe operation of relevant bindery equipment such as: Heidelberg/Stahl Folders with continuous feeders to produce quality finished products that meet customer specifications and quality standards. *** Currently looking for experienced operators in Bindery Folding Dept. *** Responsibilities: • Must be able to setup and operate equipment in an efficient, safe, orderly, and quality conscious manner • Must monitor machines and make adjustments as necessary to ensure proper operation • Perform minor repairs and basic troubleshooting • Must be able to meet or exceed productivity goals • Must be able to complete all work accurately and on schedule • Must check all orders for quality • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment • Must maintain a clean work area Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • One and a half (1.5) or more years’ experience utilizing Heidelberg/Stahl folders with continuous feeders • Must have computer proficiency and knowledge of computerized equipment About Us: GotPrint.com has led the industry with its web-based Global operations and began building a nationwide network of offset printing facilities to provide faster, more responsive service to our customers.
