Simple Technology Solutions is looking for a BizOps Analyst to add to our team.
Quick overview:
- This position is located in Washington, DC (currently 80% remote)
- Three (3) years of position related experience is required
- The ideal candidate has demonstrated ability to produce expected results in a collaborative, agile, environment and the ability to pivot quickly, work as part of a diverse team and exercise independent judgment
The role:
The Biz Ops Analyst at STS provides biz ops, contract, management and analytical support. In this role, weâre looking for someone who is a problem-solver with demonstrated experience in enterprise operations, contract/vendor management, and strategic administrative functions. The Team Member works to ensure current and future business needs are implemented and planned.Â
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a relentless desire to get stuff done.  The Biz Ops Analyst at STS will:
- Support operations with a primary focus on:
- Contracts
- Subcontract administration
- Corporate Compliance activities
- Maintains Corporate files
- Launches Contract actions
- Assists with analytical contracts activity
- Manage and run Monthly (or periodic) Project and Corporate reports via analytics Studio in our Financial System
- Regulatory Filings (complete documentation and file as appropriate)
- State Registrations
- Set-Aside registrations
- Tracks compliance dates / updates Trello board
- Corporate Operations
- Phone operations for STS
- Handles all incoming mail
- Assist in ISO annual preparation and compliance
- Assist with Corporate Office Facility management
- Contracts
- Support operations with a primary focus on:
Education and Experience:
Required
- BS Degree (or 4 additional years of experience)
- Minimum three (3) years of position related experience
- Expert-level experience in creating information, presentations and communications using automation including Microsoft (Word,Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) tools
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, etc.)
- Must work in the office a minimum of one day a week
- Must be able to work the hours of 8am-5pm Eastern Time regardless of your home locationÂ
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management, Contract Management
- SAFe or other Agile Certification
