Position Overview: GUM Studios is seeking a proactive and connectedBooking & Sales Associateto support our booking department and drive new business across the fashion, photo, commercial, film, video, and television industries. The ideal candidate brings a background infashion, photo, or commercial productionand holds strong, established relationships in bothNew York City and Los Angeles. This role is perfect for someone with a pulse on the creative production world who is excited to be part of a growing team at one of NYC’s leading production studios. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the booking team with client communication, estimates, scheduling, and follow-ups • Develop and pursue new leads, building relationships across fashion, commercial, and entertainment sectors • Leverage existing network in NYC and LA to generate consistent bookings • Maintain and update our CRM and sales pipeline • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including outreach emails, pitch decks, and social media efforts • Represent GUM Studios at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities • Work cross-functionally with studio management and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in studio sales, production coordination, client services, or talent agency work • Background in fashion, photography, commercial, or film/video production • Strong network in both New York and Los Angeles creative industries • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment Bonus Points For: • Familiarity with CRM platforms and project tracking tools • Strong writing or visual presentation skills • Experience with production logistics or on-set coordination Compensation: Hourly or salaried based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
