Walkme is looking for a high-motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team.

The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.

What will you actually be doing?

• Support month, quarter, and year closing procedures
• Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments to our foreign vendors.
• Managing accruals expenses on a monthly basis.
• Direct communication with vendors on an ongoing basis.
• Responsible for travel & employee reimbursement system including review expenses reports and maintain approval flow.
• Work with our global subsidiaries.
• Assist and support in external audit process.
• Assist in improving, developing, accounting policies and procedures.
• Support in internal controls requests.
• Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.

What should you bring to the table?

• Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)
• 5+ years bookkeeping experience
• Experience in a Hi-Tech or multi-national company - Must
• High-level English (both spoken and written)
• Experience working with NetSuite - Advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player and service-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
