Burr Pilger Mayer India Pvt. Ltd. (BPM India) is a subsidiary of BPM LLP. The Firm’s International Tax Practice is one of the largest on the West Coast and its well-recognized SEC practice serves approximately 35 public reporting companies, mostly in the technology industry.
BPM India is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join its internal finance team. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the Senior Staff Accountant and Accounting Manager across all departments, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, to help facilitate and maintain accurate financial records.Â
Responsibilities:
- Download and process banking information daily.
- Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliations for all bank accounts.
- Assist with Month End Close
- Assist in the preparation of both fiscal and calendar Year-End Reporting.
- Maintain New Vendor Listing.
- Other Ad Hoc Projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in public accounting and/or industry as part of an accounting function.
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office Programs.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Positive attitude.
