We provide access to comprehensive training, funded by Hone-at-Home, and equip you with the tools, guidance, and support to immediately begin practicing and earning upon completion. Our platform enables you to launch your own aesthetic and wellness practice under the Hone-at-Home brand umbrella with minimal upfront costs. While you will cover a portion of supply costs, Hone-at-Home will handle logistics, training, medical supervision, compliance, and insurance—allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care and building your business. Previous aesthetic experience is not required—but we are looking for confidence, self-motivation, and a commitment to providing excellent care. This is not a traditional employment position.You will operate independently as part of the Hone-at-Home network and have the opportunity to build your own book of business with the full support of the Hone-at-Home platform. Responsibilities (What You'll Do): • Administer Treatments: Perform medical aesthetic and wellness treatments (including Botox, IV Therapy, and more) in accordance with protocols and best practices. • Personalized Consultations: Consult with clients to develop customized treatment plans based on their goals. • Promote Your Business: Market your services through social media, word-of-mouth, and local networking. • Manage Your Schedule: Use the Hone-at-Home platform to coordinate appointments and stay organized. • Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience every time. • Charting and Documentation: Complete accurate and compliant clinical notes. • Inventory and Equipment: Keep medical equipment clean and functional; restock as needed. • Follow Protocols: Adhere to operational guidelines and health/safety protocols. • Ongoing Education: Stay current on industry trends and continue building your skill set. Minimum Qualifications (Who You Are): ✅ Active RN License in Arizona ✅ Active BLS Certification ✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow your own business ✅ Reliable, self-driven, and committed to excellence in client care ✅ Strong communication skills and a professional bedside manner ✅ Comfortable with marketing and leveraging your social network ✅ Flexible and able to travel locally for in-home visits ✅ Prior aesthetic experience isa plus, but not required Interest in social media and digital marketing is a bonus!
