Responsibilities • Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability. • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch performance and drive sales growth. • Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance. • Monitor profit & loss statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. • Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote business development opportunities. • Oversee project management initiatives to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
