Description

• Responsible for managing the sales and distribution subsidiary for parts and maintenance services, warranty processes, financial and business indicators (balanced scorecard), annual operations plan, logistics, marketing and sales.
• Responsible for compliance with HSE and Quality standards, compliance with the legal department and for the branch's Facilities area.
• Responsible for leading, managing and developing people.
• Responsible for managing customer satisfaction and developing a customer service culture at the branch.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with the main clients in the region, with the aim of developing new business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management or related areas.
• Experience in managing a sales and distribution subsidiary for maintenance parts and services (warranty processes, financial and business indicators, annual operations plan, logistics, marketing and sales, relationships with customers and business partners) and people management.
• English desirable.
