We are currently looking for a Brand Activation Manager whose main responsibility will be to create and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and engage our customers.

Please note that this is a 2-year contract with possibility to extension.

You will be based in our office in Bucharest and report directly to Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for dedicated product category, contribute to development and execution of Annual Marketing Plans based on brand strategy to drive effectively business results: brand equity KPI’s, sell-out and share of market results
  • Translate brand strategies into category plans and go-to-market activities
  • Develop, align and execute category marketing activations (360 communication, digital, instore, promotions, new product launch, etc) in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Regional Mkt Team, Trade Marketing, Sales) and external partners (media house, advertising & digital agencies)
  • Drive, design, build and maintain effective digital & social media presence; web experience, promoting excellence across our digital marketing activities.
  • Ensure remarkable branded consumer experience online
  • Manage dedicated budgets and optimize ROI effectiveness of our spending
  • Analyze Consumer and Market data to develop business recommendations
  • Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with Product Line/Central Team, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand guidelines
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration within commercial tringle (Trade Marketing/ Sales, Product Line);

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing/Management or other related
  • Min. 4-5 years of brand marketing experience
  • Experience with business processes: preparing and executing marketing and advertising activities; planning of sales, marketing budgeting, budget control, brand/product launches
  • Experience in communication development
  • Proven track record experience in managing online marketing activity such as SEM, SEO, PPC, E-mail marketing, display advertising, affiliate programs (min 2 years)
  • Knowledge of social media, digital campaign tracking capabilities and web analytics also required.
  • Strong leadership skills (self-starter, independent, self-motivated, disciplined)
  • Collaboration skills (ability to collaborate effectively across levels and functions)
  • Analytical thinking (ability to combine data from multiple sources, set priorities, analyze in structured way and come up with logical conclusions)
  • Ability to plan work and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for learning and development
  • Fluent Romanian and very good level of English
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
