RSG is a NC based company and a leader in retail services such as Warehousing, In store Merchandising, New Stores, Remodels, Rack Installs, Service Programs, Printing and Logistics. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Product Service/Merchandising Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for our products and services in HOME IMPROVEMENT stores throughout the territory. Other responsibilities include stocking, merchandising and selling product. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our clients. WHAT WE OFFER: *Salary package of $40,000/year-$48,000/year *Weekly pay and direct deposit *W2 employment *Benefits *401K SCHEDULING: *40 HOURS/WEEK *Flexible hours RESPONSIBILITIES: *Service 25-30 stores twice a month within an assigned territory 2 hour radius from Jacslonville, FL. *Provide timely store service for assigned products. Promote and sell additional products or services to meet customer needs. Educate customers on product features and benefits, while proactively identifying and addressing any concerns. REQUIREMENTS: *Current active Driver’s License and reliable transportation * Retail, Sales and/or Customer Service preferred *Eligible to work in the United States *Able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift products up to 50 lbs. without assistance. *High school diploma or equivalent *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills JOIN OUR TEAM and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
