Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative: • Connect directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend services that enhance their experience. • Manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction throughout their journey. • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for upgrades, cross-sales, and new service offerings. • Stay informed about the latest telecommunications products and industry trends to provide expert guidance. • Collaborate with the team, working alongside sales and marketing professionals to enhance outreach strategies. • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset, ensuring a seamless experience.
