β’ Stay informed about the latest telecommunications products and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
β’ Collaborate with the team, working alongside sales and marketing professionals to enhance outreach strategies.
β’ Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset, ensuring a seamless experience.
