Job Description

The Position

In this role, the Brand and Customer Associate, Taiwan is a member of the Organon Taiwan Brand and Customer team. Supporting on execution of market-level promotion activities, country day-to-day operations governance of local business practices to meet brand portfolio marketing operations objectives.

Responsibilities

• Development & execution of promotional campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Fertility and Women Health business, including marketing campaigns, event management, and Organon internal review process across including for new launch and in-line products
• Ensure that localized product marketing promotional campaigns are executed in a timely manner in the marketplace.
• Manage end-to-end process of promotional development, including vendors & agencies within facilitating medical & legal review process in order to deliver promotional resources, activities, events in line with commercial objectives
• Brand assets management and liaison with sales team to fulfill unmet needs of territory
• Budget and expense management for portfolio promotion plan
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, make proper representation of the company in external meetings, conventions and other network-building opportunities (e.g. medical society events)
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) whose input will be instrumental in building the scientific agendas of meetings and other activities
• Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; gather, validate and analyze competitive market information
• Analyze secondary data to identify trends and gather information to assess drivers of market trends
• Work with commercial operations manager to generate market segmentation and targeting strategic plan

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or related industry
• Minimum to equip with pharma / healthcare company marketing internship or short-term assignment marketing experience, understands patient journey & marketing engagement funnel would be a plus.
• Bachler or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Science-related field preferred
• Excellent MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
• Experience using Veeva Vault Promomats, CRM, or similar platforms preferred
• Experience leading promotion review process in collaboration with cross-functional review teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive and self-motivated
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in in both Mandarin and English
