NCR Brand Experience Coordinator - Hybrid

NCR is seeking a Brand Experience Coordinator to support the Brand Experience Team and Customer Experience Center (CEC) operations on the GHQ campus as well as virtually. The role will join the growing brand experience team responsible for producing seamless, consistent, impactful experiences for visiting customers, prospects, partners, and VIP guests. The team manages activations from planning through activation and measurement plus coordinates branding throughout campuses.
This position is customer-facing and will provide logistical support and liaise with internal teams as well as vendors to ensure smooth planning and execution of all programs. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, extremely organized, curious, has proven experience managing meetings and caring for customers and thinks strategically. Executive-facing or client management experience mandatory. Professional background should include one of the following: experiential marketing, meeting and event-industry, or hospitality industry. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Brand Experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver white glove service for visiting customers, prospects, partners and VIP guests gathering on campus and virtually.
- Work with other team members across Atlanta, Belgrade and Dundee to organize and support meetings and functions, ensuring event elements are well ordered and planning team stays on schedule through the completion of each visit. Project management experience preferred.
- Moderate meetings, both on campus and virtually; must be comfortable in front of groups and on camera.
- Provide end-to-end hospitality to guests while keeping meeting on time
- Enthusiastically lead campus tours.
- Support logistics including but not limited to:
- Coordination of security, food and beverage, signage, facilities, etc.
- Programming and agenda consultation and coordination
- Content and creative development
- Website and Know Before You Go support
- Manage meeting coordination on site including room, audio/visual, catering, and set-up/break-down. Handle issues as they arise; must be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues quickly to provide smooth experience for guests.
- Assist with post-event analysis to assess opportunities and make recommendations for improving events and services to internal and external constituencies and implement recommendations as appropriate. Work with internal team to produce regular reports ranging from executive summaries to pipeline reports to monthly results.
- Nurture program communications by managing internal communications (Sharepoint-based intranet (Bridge) and asset management (Seismic) platforms).
- Support team resourcing and operations.
Qualifications:
Background/Experience
- 3+ years in event or meeting management, hospitality, client management, brand management, or related experiential marketing environment. Background should include experience with executive meetings, account management, corporate events or tradeshows. Executive-facing experience required. Brand ambassador experience a plus. Agency experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Tourism, Project Management or related field and/or extensive equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Must be confident and personable, have a high attention to detail and be able to provide an exceptional level of service and care to multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Great interpersonal skills are critical; must effectively listen and communicate with all levels of employees, customers and suppliers and be able to manage feedback across a team environment.
- Ability to connect and make audiences feel comfortable while producing top-caliber work.
- Troubleshooting technical issues quickly to provide smooth experience for guests.
Delivery
- Have a "can do" attitude, be a motivated team player and be able to persevere and find order in a fast- paced environment with changing variables under pressure while maintaining a sunny disposition. Perform duties with accuracy, curiosity, quality, and integrity. Must be able to think creatively and innovatively
- Prepare written works and format according to brand guidelines; be comfortable proofreading and revising other people's materials to ensure consistency. Must be comfortable with writing and speaking English.
Computer Skills
- Comfort with CRM and meeting management/project management software required.
- Must be proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint).
- Salesforce.com and Qualtrics experience preferred.
