Work you'll do:
• Develop overarching marketing activation strategy and oversee execution, including key messaging, content, vehicles, and cadence.
• Start with the end in mind - what outcomes do we want to achieve? What are our goals & how will we measure?
• Think creatively to capture the attention of our internal audiences - especially PPMD's, account teams, and sales.
• Question the status quo and bring new and innovative approaches.
• Energize and inspire a multidisciplinary team to push the envelope in messaging, tactics, and channels.
• Cultivate relationships with agencies and vendors.
• Brand has no borders, you'll team across BMC, global brand, and the broader business as a goodwill ambassador for brand.
• Collaborate closely with related teams (i.e., Office of the CEO) to ensure commitment to major firm visibility opportunities and alignment with key firm strategies.
• Ensure clear, consistent representation of brand across assets & activations.
• Own executive reporting related to activation plans working in coordination with Account Management and Instrumentation teams to create integrated reporting and recommendations.
The successful candidate will possess:
• A passion for innovation and experimentation. You balance innovative approaches with business objectives while addressing compliance imperatives.
• Experience and facility with writing clear, concise strategic and creative briefs.
• Talent for providing clear, actionable feedback to colleagues across our broader pod.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.
• An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change.
• Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy.
• Lead junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development. Coach others on their career development aspirations and facilitate new connections for your Coachees to expand their own network and broaden their understanding of the organization.
• Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation

Qualifications:
• 8+ years relevant experience in Marketing, Communications or Sponsorships
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93000 to $171300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
