We are seeking a Brand Manager Partner who can take full ownership of building Wally’s personal brand—treating it as if it were their own. This role goes beyond traditional marketing: it requires innovation, adaptability to current trends, and a deep commitment to documenting and amplifying Wally’s voice, work, and vision across digital and live channels.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Brand Development & Awareness
• Lead daily content creation and distribution across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok to consistently grow Wally’s personal presence.
• Document and translate Wally’s work within 24-7 Mindset and Aspire Mortgage Advisors into compelling, shareable brand content.
• Stay ahead of current digital trends, styles, and formats to ensure Wally’s brand presence remains fresh, engaging, and competitive.
• Publish LinkedIn articles and valuable front-facing content to establish Wally as a thought leader.
• Manage advertising campaigns: review creatives/copy, track KPIs, and align with awareness and conversion goals.
Podcasts & Media
• Schedule and coordinate podcast appearances for Wally using a curated guest list and targeted outreach.
• Manage studio setup, recording, editing, and distribution of podcast and video content across Spotify, YouTube, and other channels.
• Oversee quarterly guest features such as the Mortgage Coach Podcast Show.
• Develop and distribute monthly content for partner platforms, ensuring alignment with Wally’s personal brand voice.
• Secure regular speaking opportunities on industry and business podcasts.
Speaking Engagements & Live Events
• Manage monthly 24-7 Mindset Live Events to showcase Wally’s expertise and thought leadership.
• Coordinate quarterly speaking engagements at national conferences (Housing Wire, Fuse, Sales Mastery, etc.).
• Oversee the annual 24-7 Mindset Business Planning Workshop and city-based mastermind events with key partners.
• Ensure all event-related content is captured, repurposed, and distributed to grow Wally’s brand reach.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in brand management, personal branding, or digital marketing.
• Ability to own and protect a brand voice as if it were your own.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners (ads, community, creatives, editors).
• A balance of creativity and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and innovate.
