Brand Manager

Position Summary:. We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance market presence, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role is responsible for managing brand identity, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand strategies to position the company and its products/services effectively in the market. Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth. Manage branding projects including advertising campaigns, product launches, packaging, and promotional materials. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns with brand objectives. Oversee content creation and brand communications across digital, social, print, and in-person channels. Analyze brand performance and campaign results to provide insights and optimize future initiatives. Ensure consistency of brand voice, design, and messaging across all internal and external communications. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support branding efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and consumer insights. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software). Preferred Attributes: Creative thinker with attention to detail.
