As the Brand Marketing Coordinator at Jenni Kayne, you are an essential part of our team, assisting and helping execute brand partnerships, events, photoshoots, and overarching branded marketing efforts across all channels. The main responsibilities include coordination, planning, and execution of brand partnerships, PR agency coordination, and marketing launch calendar management. This role will also be heavily involved in partnership and press collateral and coordination, sample organization and gifting, and overall brand initiatives.This collaborative and detail-oriented position requires strong operational, visual, and communication skills and a no job too small mentality, as well as the ability and desire to excel in an exciting fast-paced environment, and strong partnership across our internal teams as well as with external partners. This position will play a large role in supporting across all key marketing functions, with a varied and expanding scope of work and an accelerated, collaborative, and proactive approach.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage coordination, production, and execution of captivating events that align with the brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create immersive event experiences, including but not limited to: securing and managing vendor partners, managing guest lists, in person event setup, coordination of event collateral across teams and with PR agency. 
  • Bring an extremely organized mindset to marketing processes, lending a helping hand wherever needed, utilizing skillset to improve in place procedures and increase team bandwidth.
  • PR coordination - facilitating interviews with Jenni, liaising with copywriter, point person for imagery with PR agency.
  • Support efforts across marketing channels for launches and campaigns.
  • Assist in the identification, management, and execution of strategic partnerships with like-minded brands to amplify brand visibility.
  • Orchestrate and execute product launches to optimize product visibility and sales, including but not limited to sample management, press coordination, and acting as communication liaison between marketing and production teams.
  • Assist packing influencer gifting baskets and coordinating larger giftings, which include packing and sending boxes via FedEx, and communicating with Warehouse Operations teams.
  • Managing launch calendar and ensuring all teams are up-to-date on launch needs across channels (social, email, blog, website). 
  • Work with the wider marketing and buying teams to ensure you’re assisting in hitting larger company goals. 
  • Serve as general support to wider Marketing team and adjacent teams with flexibility and a can-do attitude at the forefront.
  • Manage Brand Marketing Team’s monthly expenses.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years brand experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams
  • Ability to multitask and exceptional organizational skills, owning calendar and managing deadlines
  • Must be comfortable attending and traveling to brand photoshoots and assisting marketing/production team
  • Eager, can-do positive attitude and a self-starter—willing and able to execute multiple projects against tight deadlines
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and implement feedback
  • Passion for and understanding of the Jenni Kayne brand and aesthetic
  • Must habe a valid driver license 
  • Must be able to drive to our local corporate, retail, warehouse and event locations
  • Willing to travel when required for shoots and events
  • Experience with Asana, Bynder, Coupa, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Google Keywords, WordPress, and Adobe Photoshop a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
