Job Description
We are looking for a strategic Brand Marketing Manager II to join our Brand Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Manager of Brand Marketing, this individual will be responsible for executing the strategic direction of the brand to drive awareness and advocacy for AvidXchange.Â
Our ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic and creative storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for executing with excellence. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make an impact, by bringing a “roll up your sleeves” mentality to get the job done with a cross-functional team.Â
Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Craft creative briefs and partner with our internal creative team to oversee creation of a range of brand campaigns, videos, social media content, and presentations that resonate with our target audience and support of brand positioningÂ
- Lead the development of customer-featured content, both written and video, including sourcing customers, developing questions and conducting interviews, and the go-to-market strategy to drive readership and viewsÂ
- Manage AvidXchange sponsorships (e.g., PGA and LGPA TOUR players) and design and execute brand activationsÂ
- Collaborate with our digital marketing team to ensure online platforms, such as the company website, align with and advance the brand’s goal and visionÂ
- Engage with product marketing, sales, and demand generation teams to ensure that brand messages are consistent and support overall business objectivesÂ
- Develop innovative ideas and marketing plans to support key brand objectivesÂ
- Act as a champion of our brand across the organizationÂ
Job Education and RequirementsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fieldÂ
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing or advertising related fieldÂ
- Ability to craft vision and strategy and make it come to life with actionable plansÂ
- Skilled storyteller with a passion for writingÂ
- Excellent communication, problem solving skill and ability to learn and adapt quicklyÂ
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationshipsÂ
- Highly organized, self-starterÂ
