Brand Project Manager

Overview: We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Brand Project Manager to join a growing Brand & Creative team. This role will balance two core areas of responsibility: • Managing the swag program while the current program lead is on parental leave. • Providing ongoing project management support for the Senior Creative Operations Manager, ensuring smooth coordination of creative requests across design, video, and other media. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, enjoys keeping projects organized and on track, and is eager to strengthen their project management and brand operations skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Partner with the Senior Creative Operations Manager to manage day-to-day creative workflows and timelines. • Review creative briefs and clarify project requirements with stakeholders. • Build and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among designers, copywriters, and other creative contributors. • Coordinate design reviews, gather feedback, and consolidate stakeholder input. • Ensure brand standards are met and deliverables are accurate, consistent, and on time. • Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reporting dashboards. • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or resource constraints proactively. • Manage daily swag operations: respond to internal inquiries, monitor inventory, and coordinate with internal teams on swag needs. • Partner with designers and vendors on product selection and brand alignment. • Maintain documentation and process guides for swag program workflows. • Track invoices and budgets, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, marketing production, or related fields (agency or internship experience welcome). • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with creative processes, design deliverables, and production timelines. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within a creative team. Compensation range for position is $ 94,000 – 105,000 DOE.
