We’re seeking driven and personable individuals to join our team as On-Field Brand Representatives/Sales. This role is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills who enjoy engaging with clients and representing a trusted remodeling brand. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required—we provide paid training and offer competitive compensation, including performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Initiate and foster positive relationships with prospective clients • Present company services and portfolio to homeowners • Initiate conversations that build trust and spark interest in remodeling services, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients • Generate leads through direct, face-to-face engagement with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods • Schedule consultations for interested homeowners, ensuring a smooth handoff to project specialists Compensation & Benefits • Hourly rate:$18/hr.
