Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to relieve O and D level jobs and float when necessary
- Work from process drawings
- Ability to achieve more specific tolerances and use independent judgement
- Requires less supervision and self-motivation
- Handles complex tasks
- Ability to operate brazing function with 99% accuracy
- Must be able to work with an open flame
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have no written disciplinary actions within 6 months
- Must have less than 4.0 attendance points
- Interview required for position
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate brazing torch. The employee frequently is required to sit and stand. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
