Winchester Hospital is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Surgeon to join our well-established and busy outpatient Breast Care Center. You will be part of a collaborative team that truly values its providers.

About the Role:

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Work within a comprehensive care center for women.
• Practice alongside 3 other physicians and a dedicated support staff.
• Perform all surgeries at Winchester Hospital for convenience and support.
• Mammography and Radiology services are on-site.
• Enjoy a competitive benefits and compensation package.
• Experience a balanced work-life split with 32 hours clinical and 8 hours administrative time.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified
• Breast Fellowship Training preferred
• Experience in a comprehensive breast care center.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to foster growth and development.
