Job Description

• Provide technical leadership to the Angular development team, ensuring high-quality solutions and adherence to best development practices.
• Define the Front-End architecture in Angular, collaborating with other technical teams to ensure efficient and scalable integration.
• Develop key functionalities in Angular, ensuring performance, usability, and code quality.
• Act as a mentor and coach for the development team, fostering best practices and cultivating a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies and frameworks, continuously improving development methodologies and tools.
• Ensure timely project delivery and effective project execution.
• Participate in planning meetings and retrospectives, providing technical insights and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Angular (minimum 5 years), including recent versions (Angular 8+).
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and modern web development technologies.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, including managing team deliveries, Front-End architecture, and providing technical support.
• Solid experience in developing and maintaining SPA (Single Page Applications).
• Experience with REST APIs and back-end service integrations.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize the Front-End.
• Knowledge of unit testing, end-to-end testing, and best practices for TDD (Test-Driven Development).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration (CI/CD).
• Experience with state management frameworks such as NgRx or similar.
• Experience in international projects and multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in English;
