Budget Analyst - Senior PT

The Budget Execution Analyst shall support all aspects of developing, executing, and monitoring budgets for internal needs.

In-depth knowledge required for the following:

Development of fiscal spend plans, tracking of spending and execution, documenting financial commitments, obligations and expense;

Interfacing with various components related to travel expenses;

Documenting financial commitments, obligations, and expense;

Prepare and process transactions, ensuring payments are certified;

Develop financial standard operating procedures;

Record and track interagency agreements for facilitating Economy Act and other financial transactions.

*Part-time is defined as: less than 30 hours per week

Requirements• Demonstrated experience with either budget formulation or budget execution activities.• Demonstrated experience with budget analysis.• Demonstrated experience with IPPBE processes.• Experience with working in the Intelligence Community• Requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience• Min 5 year working with or in the IC
