What You Will Do

• Prepare and maintain weekly budget & forecasts and monitor daily traction across the P&L
• Collaborate with the strategy & planning team to prepare a rolling forecast 
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide recommendations and updates to senior leadership for quick and accurate decision-making 
• Conduct market/impact sizing for potential new revenue streams/initiatives
• Conduct competitive benchmarking with global/regional players, analyzing annual reports and other public information
• Participate in strategic initiatives and special projects related to financial planning and analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and requirements

What You Will Need

• At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, corporate strategy roles, or consulting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Understanding of SQL and other statistical tools is preferable
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely
• Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive initiatives independently
• A confident communicator in verbal and written English
