• Ownership from Day One: Unlike traditional models with delayed buy-in, physicians here have the opportunity to purchase shares in the endoscopy center immediately upon joining.
• Current share value is favorable due to upcoming retirements, providing a strong investment opportunity with historical annual distributions of ~$80,000–$150,000 per 1% ownership.
• Growing, Collaborative Team: The group includes ~20 physician partners, including both private practitioners and well-known academic leaders from institutions such as NYU and Hofstra.
