Pay:$34 – $38.50/hour($70,000 – $80,000 annually,shift differential included) + Overtime & Benefits
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Performreactive and proactive maintenanceacross HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose and serviceboilers, pumps, and critical equipment
• Monitor and control systems viabuilding automation: HVAC, lighting, alarms, security access, and cameras
• Providemulti-skilled maintenance supportto ensure equipment operates at optimal performance
• Carry outmodifications, installations, and system upgrades
• Liaise withsub-contractors, suppliers, and management
• Maintain and care fortools and equipment
• Deliverexceptional client-facing serviceand maintain strong onsite relationships
• Ensure compliance withsafety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
• EPA Universal Certificationrequired
• Minimum3+ years experiencein a Building Engineer or similar role
• Recognized qualification inHVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
• Strongmechanical knowledgewith experience in HVAC/R systems
• Ability toread and interpret schematics
• Field service experience with focus oncustomer satisfaction
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
• Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Validdriver’s license
• Previous experience as aservice technician or mechanicpreferred
• Flexible and able to perform dutiesbeyond primary trade
