Full Job Description:We are looking for a reliable handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises. Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): ·General Repairs:Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs. ·Routine Maintenance:Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Perform routine maintenance on building systems, equipment, and fixtures. ·Safety Compliance:Ensure that all repair and maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. ·Problem-Solving:Diagnose problems and find effective solutions to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. ·Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repair activities, including materials used and work completed. Qualifications: · Must have a general knowledge of construction (electricity, plumbing, AC, etc) along with “Handyman” skills · Demonstrates ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results · Demonstrates the ability to assess and identify needs and develop creative solutions · Highly motivated with great organizational skills · Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools effectively and safely. · Solid understanding of safety procedures and guidelines related to repair and maintenance work. · Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required. · Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Experience required: · A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
