Your Mission: At BuildOn Technologies, you’ll own customer product catalogs and data accuracy from end to end—ensuring that what customers see is right, every time. You’ll be a key contact for assigned accounts, helping Sales, Marketing, and Support deliver a flawless experience.Primary Duties & Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Manage and maintain product data: SKUs, pricing, images, descriptions • Respond to customer tickets with accuracy and urgency • Clean, audit, and organize catalogs across systems • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to gather and enrich data • Provide insights and reports that help teams work smarterQualifications & Required Skills: What We’re Looking For: • Experience with customer data, product catalogs, or CRM systems • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail • Great communicator who keeps customers and teams in sync • You enjoy solving problems—and doing it right the first time • Experience in construction/homebuilding?
