We are currently seeking a Bus. Systems Analyst - P&C Insurance to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

Job Description

Responsibilities-
- Partners with the IT Client and technical teams, such as architects, software developers and QA analysts to understand and define system goals/capabilities; develops business and technical requirements in alignment with the system goals/capabilities across multiple platforms with increasing strategic depth of knowledge

- Serves as a primary contact for any questions related to how the system works from both a business and technical perspective
- Collaborates with business partners to understand business requirements and establish solutions
- Responsible for creating or leading a team in creation of business and/or technical requirements, rules and processes using various techniques, such as user interface design, and prototyping, data modeling, and solution configuration techniques.
- Works independently and actively mentors other team members.
- Understanding system interdependencies and evaluates impact with project teams during all phases of a project
- Building standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines for project team members
- May lead or involve in system and user acceptance testing efforts
- Serves as a subject matter expert and may serve as a lead on projects of large scope
Must Haves-
- 10+ years of experience as P&C insurance Business Analyst
- Identify and define business/technical requirements and processes using business analysis techniques
- Data management activities - Data mapping, Data modeling, Data queries and Analysis and Data Integration
- P&C Insurance domain experience specific to Personal Lines
- DB2, SQL and ORACLE queries and scripts
- Database components such as Stored Procedures, Packages, Triggers.
- Agile practice, actively participate in engage in sprint planning meetings and daily standups with the development team (planning, review, retrospective, and backlog refinement) and providing demos
- Ability to write unambiguous/testable requirements (functional and non-functional)

Preferences/nice to have-
- CGI Ratabase knowledge
- IIBA certifications
- Mainframe/GTAM knowledge

Education-
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY RATE 52 TO 57). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
