IBM’s Privacy AI Readiness and Governance Services organization plays a vital role at IBM by developing innovative solutions around data privacy and AI Readiness. Privacy and AI regulations like GDPR and emerging AI regulations have become a top priority for cutting edge companies like IBM given our broad and complex global operations. Our organization will drive a meaningful impact on IBM and our clients for decades to come.

As a Business Analyst you take a lead role in developing solutions to meet the needs of the business .You work with the solution architects development squads and the business SMEs to deliver the technical solution to enable the business capabilities. You will interpret and analyze customer requirements provide input to the breakdown of requirements to tasks and advise on the business logic to the developers who will convert the requirements to IT solution. You will also be responsible for user testing and providing information to test cases. You acquire knowledge of the current IBM business backend to fulfill new business requirements to address data regulatory and compliance. Interpret business requirements and define acceptance criteria to developers . Contribute to the requirements breakdown and workload sizing of business requirements. Support developer team in case of need for clarification. Help team to improve productivity in any possible way. Make recommendations for process improvements. Work with team to ensure each iteration of the product is potentially shippable. Work with team to ensure quality is never compromised. Build and maintain a business process knowledge to have a good understanding of what the team supports and what are the business needs they need to fulfill. Help to build and maintain change management and release management processes.

Agile IT development principles. Conduct appropriate unit and module testing. Above all share knowledge and expertise with others and be a proactive problem solver think creating solutions and think out of the box.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Technical and Professional Expertise and 5+ years of experience in the following areas:

• Creative problem solving using design methodology and agile tools such as Mural Trello and Jira
• Good communication and documentation skills to create business requirement documents identify appropriate Key
• Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to all stakeholders including development product management executives and customers.
• Proactive thinking to understand and project business needs and trajectories along with estimating project company and industry trends and constraints
• Team work with peers stakeholders and customers building trusted relationships
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Familiarity with Data Privacy & AI Regulations and Agile practices-Highly Preferred
