Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Do

• Improve processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability
• Perform exploratory research, provide structure to open ended hypothesis, perform data analysis, conduct Root Cause Analysis and provide recommendations.
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Collect information about the client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, pilots etc.)
• Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
• Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports
• Develop detailed business plans/proposals & present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
