Business Analyst

The ideal candidates will have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, enabling them to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support successful project delivery across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders. • Perform process mapping and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. • Conduct system analysis to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients. • Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases to ensure requirements are met. • Prepare reports, use cases, and workflow diagrams to communicate findings effectively. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. • Strong understanding of business process design and system integration. • Proficiency in requirements documentation and process modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, Jira). • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are preferred. • Ability to operate across multiple IT and business domains simultaneously.
