CACI has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to work from our North Charleston, SC office. The Business Analyst will interact with business owners to translate their requirements into systems and software requirements and design. The Business Analyst will solve system analysis problems (or managing the solution of system analysis problems) in the functional area to which assigned.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Possess an understanding of customer mission/business objectives.
• Interface with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs.
• Serve as the focal point for the capture, analysis, and management of functional and non-functional systems requirements.
• Translate and decompose business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with technical team and business owners to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver an effective solution.
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating work done by development team to ensure proper scope has been met.
• Assist QA with internal test execution, inclusive of documenting results, tracking defects, and trouble-shooting defects and issues that arise out of testing.
• Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
• Lead software demonstrations to business owners each software iteration and as needed.
• Collect and analyze project metrics.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of Requirements/Business Analysis.
• Current Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and methodologies.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Public speaking and/or presentation skills.
• Agile certifications (Product Owner, Scrum Master)
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP or PMI-PBA).
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
