What You'll Get to Do:
The CACI team seeks a process-driven and detailed-oriented Business Systems Analyst.
The BSA will be responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements to help meet the needs of a public health surveillance system as well as data migration projects. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
• Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements.
• Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.
• Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.
• Produces user stories, software specifications documentation and functional design specifications based on user requirements.
• Prepare other analysis deliverables as needed to support user stories and designs (process/data flows, business rules).
• Use of good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to problems; ability to act independently as well as collaboratively when required and comfortable in an environment that requires multi-tasking and managing multiple competing priorities.
• Leads in project team meetings during all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• May create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training.
• Provides senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timelines and project status

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years of related experience
- Requirements Gathering experience and interviewing SMEs
- Ability to obtain necessary clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- CDC experience
- Experience using data visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) for effective data presentation

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $54,900-$109,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
