Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensivetest casesandacceptance criteriato validate system functionality. • Conductquality assurance (QA) testingand coordinate acceptance processes with developers, QA staff, and business stakeholders. • Create and maintainRequirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)aligned with user stories. • Gather, document, and refinebusiness and technical requirements. • Translate user stories intotechnical deliverablesand ensure stakeholder approval. • Performprocess analysisand document current systems, recommending enhancements where appropriate. • Providemanagement reporting, project tracking, and information dissemination. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications are deliveredon time and to specification. Qualifications: • Minimum4 years of experienceusing business analysis tools such asJIRA, Balsamiq, and MS Visio. • Minimum4 years of experiencecollaborating with technical teams to documentbusiness and functional requirements. • Minimum4 years of experiencemanaging and overseeingproject deliverables. • Minimum4 years of experiencedesigningdata modelsandapplication prototypes.
