Job Description
Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-orientedBusiness Analystto join our team at JBSA San Antonio, TX. This is ahybridrole with 3 days a week on site.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead and facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize complex business requirements for HR systems and processes, with a particular focus on Oracle ERP HR modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams (internal and external) to design, configure, and implement solutions within Oracle ERP.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases. Lead and execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing to ensure solution quality and integrity.
• Analyze HR data, identify trends, and develop reports and dashboards using Oracle ERP reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher) to support HR decision-making.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Provide expert-level support for Oracle ERP HR-related issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with technical teams for resolution
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years focused on HR systems.
• Demonstrable expert-level experience with Oracle ERP HR modules (e.g., Oracle EBS HRMS, Oracle Cloud HCM) including hands-on configuration, implementation, and support.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP HR modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes (e.g., hire to retire, payroll, time & labor, benefits administration, talent acquisition, performance management).
• Experience with data migration, data integrity, and reporting within Oracle ERP.
• Proficiency in creating process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with other HR technologies or integrations.
• Experience working in a large, complex, or global organization.
• Change management experience.
Clearance Requirements:
• US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance suitability
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
