Business Analyst ADM

• support the end-user adoption;
• understand and embrace the customer Digital Transformation;
• gather business requirements for the IT services that support the Transformation;
• write technical documentation;
• collaborate with PMs to functionally drive the developments team;
• participate in work in progress meetings.

As a Business Analyst with experience in supporting Digital Transformation we are looking for experienced candidates with the following background and skills:

• Experience as a senior Business Analyst in the area of Digital Transition in Banking sectors
• Good understanding of the business needs of the organization
• Ability to interact with client’s SME in order to define business objectives and gather business requirements
• Ability to individuate relevant dataset valuable to promote the Transition
• Good competencies about the Open Data standard
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation about solution design
• Ability to interact with the customer to provide regular updates about the work in progress
• Intermediate knowledge of English language level B2

• Previous experience in Registry/Current Accounts
• Cobol/DB2 and JCL
• Experience in technical analysis and project management support
• Knowledge of tools: QMF for Windows File Manager (FMAN) Cobole ditor: Charisma/Grappa HOD (Host on Demand Mainframe Emulator)
