The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst SME to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping the current API services to BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) services. You will work closely with the BCP application team to identify and map the current API services and define and implement new BIAN services for the D3 MF Track1 Project, which focuses on MF Application Modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client (customer) team to understand the current API services.
• Map and identify the current API services to align with BIAN services.
• Define and implement new BIAN services for the D3 MF Track1 Project.
• Ensure the successful modernization of MF applications through effective mapping and implementation of BIAN services.
• Provide expertise and guidance on BIAN standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in the banking industry with knowledge of BIAN.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of technology, banking, and mainframe systems.
• Knowledge of API RESTful and BIAN standards.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Research and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Business acumen and cost-benefit analysis skills.
• Proficiency in reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MF Application Modernization projects.
• Familiarity with client applications and services.
