Business Analyst (Checkout and Payments)

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst specializing in Checkout and Payments.
This individual will be integral in optimizing our checkout process and payment systems in both physical store environments and digital platforms. The successful candidate must demonstrate an excellent ability to document and manage business analysis information while leading initiatives to enhance customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis activities planning and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
• Document all business analysis artifacts meticulously
• Define, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements based on evaluated business needs
• Assist in functional acceptance testing and the release of application updates connected with project deployments
• Engage as a subject matter expert in the execution and implementation of retail solutions, especially the Next Generation POS systems
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to finalize requirements ensuring effective collaboration
• Provide continuous functional/technical support to ensure systems perform effectively and integrate well with other business processes
• Develop and direct structured training programs for end users to facilitate effective change management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis information management
• Proficiency in BA stakeholder management and documentation of BA artifacts
• Background in business analysis activities planning
• Demonstrable skills in managing Checkout and Payment systems within a retail environment
• Competency in English at a B2 level
• Proficiency in Greek

Nice to have

• Experience with digital payment platforms
• Knowledge in the integration of advanced POS systems
• Familiarity with IT project lifecycle management processes
