Job Description

This full-time position is responsible for salesforce.com administration for the North American entity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Customer Relationship Management tool (salesforce.com) to users in North America by providing on-going support and regional system administration
  • Perform administrative functions in salesforce.com, including the management of user licenses and visibility for users in North America
  • Conduct salesforce.com trainings for new employees by preparing materials and presenting as needed
  • Develop and organize ongoing salesforce.com training opportunities to improve utilization and consistency in use
  • Perform research, development and analysis for projects related to the improvement of the organization
  • Create and maintain various recurring and ad hoc salesforce.com based reporting
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the use of healthcare market data in the Carevoyance database and from other resources. This includes training on Carevoyance and using the data to create market reports to support the sales team.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1-2 years professional experience in a similar role, with salesforce.com CRM experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computer applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Intermediate skill level in Excel (ability to work with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work confidently with internal and external people and build effective relationship at all levels of the organization, including senior management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, tact, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to work on several projects at once and prioritize conflicting tasks
