Requires skills and experience to involve: • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation. • Experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL, and MS Azure for managing and analyzing large datasets. • Expertise in Tableau, Tableau Prep, and MS Office for creating visual reports and dashboards. • Strong knowledge of advanced SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. • Experience with Data/Business Analytics in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to drive business decisions. • Ability to perform statistical analysis to determine KPIs and optimize business processes. • Knowledge of financial intelligence and expertise in cost management to support business decision-making. • Advanced skills in data visualization using Tableau to present complex data in a clear and actionable format. • Familiarity with Databricks for developing and automating data scripts and processes. • Ability to extract, explore, profile, and model data for analytical purposes. • Experience in product management, including roadmaps, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. Job duties: The Business Analyst II position will Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Support the Product Manager with data analysis, requirements documentation, and reporting/visualization. Collaborate with Product Owners and Stakeholders to document business processes and detailed requirements for Data Engineers and Report Developers. Assist in building project roadmaps. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Cost Management portfolio. Work closely with Data Engineers to create data products, including semantic layers and data for consumption by stakeholders. Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing of products. Provide technical support on data analysis using programming languages like SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau.
