Business Analyst Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time, On-Site Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support client implementations by gathering requirements, configuring workflows, and contributing to the seamless delivery of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, ensure documentation quality, and enhance client experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct discovery workshops to gather business requirements and map operational workflows. • Configure platform workflows, templates, and standardized packages for client solutions. • Assist with data migration, including mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation activities. • Develop training materials and support end-user onboarding sessions. • Provide first-level support and assist in issue resolution and tracking. • Maintain project documentation and support Agile implementation processes.
