Business Analyst - Jacksonville, FL

Southern Impression Homes is a builder of single-family homes and multi-family units for both the BTR and owner-occupied markets in Florida. Headquartered in Jacksonville, the company is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and overseeing the development and implementation of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with JD Edwards ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The company offers numerous options to help its employees achieve their financial, professional, and wellness goals including: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options • Paid time off • 401(k) plan and match • And more General Duties and Responsibilities: • Analyze, document, and evaluate existing business processes and workflows. • Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications. • Provide expertise in JD Edwards modules to support business operations and system optimization. • Oversee project lifecycles from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support. • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy system enhancements or new solutions. • Develop process improvements and recommend system configurations or enhancements. • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and project execution. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within ERP-driven environments. • Strongly preferred: Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing). • Solid understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and project management principles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite products (365, Outlook).
